her OC Sparrow. she should be more androgynous but I cannot stand to draw her more femine.. ; u ; huh. actually I think that it's one of my best drawings. I'm kinda sad that I promised to mail this picture to Stitchy... XD
While this does not show your poly-coloured Alternative goodness nor the down-to-earth yet surreal magical realism of characters from "George's Precious Little Life" XD, but there's something which really emits a powerful aura both in style and substance. Her ensemble evoking heavy-duty Steampunk stylings not only fits and is worked perfectly by Sparrow, using a minimal casual form with thick shorts & a firm egg-white tank top only gives a rusty yet earthen flavour which is reflected already in the colour scheme & her wary expression. Awesome boots as well... Also her body physique is one of your best yet, with a overall substance blending both masculine strength & feminine grace, very powerful "smooth yet firm" curves with bold definition for arms & legs while leaving elegant flow of overall outline. (I especially love how you realized her arms here!)
Only tiny gripe is that the details and tones could have been worked out more, with richer gradation & colour mix for her boot's leather texture or giving her tank top a vertical ribbed pattern. Such intricacy is already hinted with the detailed and accurate sparrow wing which really has a weight of an actual avian wing, still it's just my gripe and it doesn't take away anything...
All in all it's amazing to see that your art-style reaches another level of versatility, with various styles, characterizations & improvement of rounding them all together is seen through Sparrow. Everything about this is perfectly fitting with her namesake & personality. Awesome job with this!
